We’ll start with the initial interview to assess the gaps and pain points of the business, distilling the input into a primary need. Then the fun begins! The team will quickly ideate and design a rough prototype and then test with the business owner. After gathering feedback, we’ll talk about what we’d do next to refine and execute the concept.
