Marie Lynne Desrochers is a partner with Ai Outcome, a Montreal-based startup founded in 2017.

Ai Outcome helps organizations create long-term economic value though risk management, asset performance optimization, and increasing revenue by opening the full potential of Artificial Intelligence through deep learning, big data analytics and machine learning.

She has hands-on experience in all aspects of development including technology and has always had a passion for relying on analysis of data and maximizing the use of technology. She has been acknowledged by her peers and clients for her dynamic, forward-thinking, innovative solution-orientated approaches to business issues.

Marie Lynne is a seasoned senior finance executive with 25 years of building and expanding businesses in retail and commercial banking in Canada and internationally. In her previous role as the Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial & International Solutions at the National Bank of Canada she was responsible for total revitalization and relaunch of the commercial bank’s marketing and product organization. Here she partnered with sales and service organizations to successfully turn around the businesses’ results.

Prior to this role, Marie Lynne progressed through various executive positions with the Royal Bank of Canada. During over a 20 year span, she pioneered transformational change as she took on increasingly complex financial, strategic and operational responsibilities. She assumed leadership of all National Specialized Financing Groups (Lending, Asset-Based Lending, and Automotive Financing), Treasury Management, and operational and marketing leadership roles of business units in Toronto and Montreal.

Marie Lynne instructs courses on Marketing, Big Data, and AI at the University of Montreal’s Executive Program. She has been on numerous nonprofit boards including Swift’s Corporate Advisory Group in Belgium, the Canada-US Business Council in Washington, United Way, and is currently a board member of the Les Grands Ballets Canadiens. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from McGill University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Montreal.
