Martha Burns is a marketing leader and strategist with more than 20 years of experience managing direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives for brands including Verizon, Nokia, Siemens, PHH Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans, and Mr. Cooper. Martha has deep experience leading cross-channel marketing campaigns that integrate direct mail, email, digital, and outbound telemarketing strategies. In her current role, Martha manages a team focused on audience segmentation and retention initiatives, including fully automated customer journeys. Martha holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas State University.
