Rob Northway

Rob Northway is a 22-year banking professional with experience in a diverse number of management and individual support roles throughout his career.  During his tenure, Rob has held positions in Marketing, the Retail Branch Network and most recently, Deposit Product Management.  He credits his time in the branch setting as the most influential and impactful to his career – learning how all work impacts the customer and frontline employees.

Rob is a Senior Vice President at M&T Bank, currently managing a team focused on operations risk management and regulatory compliance for both consumer and business banking deposits.  He is a graduate of Syracuse University – S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a BS in Advertising & Marketing.
