Sam joined First Manhattan Consulting Group’s Marketing Services Practice in 2010. He is a strategic program management specialist who focuses on the development and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns. Through his work with retail banking clients, Sam has expertise in market segmentation and creative strategy for both consumer and small business customer cross-sell and prospect acquisition.
Sam’s consulting engagements have also covered a range of areas including consumer lending, deposits, retirement and investments, small business banking, and mobile and online banking with expertise in the following functions: strategic campaign design and advisory, product marketing, segment-based marketing, creative development, agency and vendor management, prospect acquisition targeting, customer cross-sell, and retention. Sam received a B.S. B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
