Senior Vice President & Lockbox Product Manager, Citi Commercial Bank

A career that spans five decades, Steve began with Morgan Guaranty and Trust Company. He later moved to European American Bank, ABN AMRO and to Citi Commercial Bank, where today he is senior vice president and receivables product manager.

Steve has managed several large back-office functions including check processing, adjustments and return items, float management, wire transfer, foreign exchange, vault services and lockbox. He had notable roles in the bank’s implementation of the 1980 Monetary Control Act, Regulation CC, Y2K readiness and Check 21. He also spent time in treasury cash management sales and correspondent banking, where he managed a large portfolio of national and regional financial institutions.

Steve holds a BA from the New York Institute of Technology and is an alumnus of the BAI Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional.

An avid sports enthusiast, Steve has served as the National Football League’s play-clock operator for all New York Jets home games over the last 30 years. He is also a member of game day operations for NCAA Division 1 Hofstra University men’s and women’s basketball and lacrosse. His proudest accomplishment is recently becoming a first-time grandfather.
