Susan is a global marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in building and transforming world-class teams across key capabilities, including strategy, product and portfolio management, demand generation, sales enablement, brand development, customer relationship management, and communications. Coming from a technology background and holding quota-carrying roles, she works collaboratively across marketing, product and sales on integrated planning and execution that fuels audience-centric success.
Susan joined Forrester through the acquisition of SiriusDecisions. Prior to SiriusDecisions, she led global marketing teams at Lexmark, Neopost, International Game Technology, Hewlett-Packard and Nokia. She also led product and software development at Sendo, Motorola and IBM. Susan received a BS in operations research and computer science from Lebanon Valley College.
