Terms and Conditions

Carefully read the following terms and conditions before registering for the Deluxe Exchange 2023 Event (“DX23”). These terms and conditions shall govern your attendance at DX23. By registering for DX23, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, then please do not register for DX23.

Deluxe Exchange 2023 Event is presented by Deluxe Corporation (“Deluxe”).

Mixed Media Release

The event will be recorded.  Deluxe plans to take photographs and video material during DX23 and reproduce them in Deluxe educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including DX23 websites and social media. By participating in DX23, you grant Deluxe the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All photographs and video material become the property of Deluxe and may be displayed, distributed or used by Deluxe for any purpose.

Furthermore, you give Deluxe the right to crop, splice, treat and edit any photographs or video material taken of you at its sole discretion. You waive your right to inspect or approve the finished product, now and in the future, whether that use is known or unknown to you; and hereby agree to release, defend, and hold harmless Deluxe and its agents or employees, including any firm publishing and/or distributing the finished product in whole or in part, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the photographs or video material, including but not limited to any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or in the taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

Data Privacy

If you elect to participate in DX23, we may require you to provide information including your name, company name, job title, email address, mailing address, financial institution information, and credit card information. Information that may be collected will be used by Deluxe and its affiliates and subsidiaries for legitimate business purposes. Deluxe may also access and/or disclose information if we believe such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law or legal process served on Deluxe, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Deluxe (including the enforcement of our agreements), or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Deluxe employees or contingent staff, users of Deluxe services, or members of the public.

Information Sharing

Deluxe may share your personal information (including e-mail addresses) compiled from your event registration with sponsors or other third-party event partners.  Except as otherwise noted, we will keep your personal information private and will not share it with third parties.  If you elect not to have your personal information shared with sponsors or other third-party event partners, please email deluxeexchange@deluxe.com to opt out.

Code of Conduct

We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody. At all times, Deluxe expects all DX23 attendees to exercise common sense and good judgment and to act responsibly, with or without a written policy regarding the specific behavior.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to conference organizers.  Cancellations for in-person registrations after February 5, 2023, will be automatically changed to a content package. Refunds will be issued for the monetary difference between the content package and in-person attendance. Substitutions are permitted prior to the conference. The request must be in writing via email to deluxeexchange@itagroup.com and from the original registration.

Onsite Wireless Connectivity Policy

Use of the onsite Internet connection is intended solely for DX23 attendees. Unauthorized access or use may result in termination of your access, disciplinary action and/or civil or criminal penalties. To the extent permitted by law, your use may be monitored.

Liability Waiver

By registering for DX23, you agree and acknowledge that you are undertaking participation in DX23 events and activities as your own free and intentional act, and you are fully aware that possible physical injury and/or exposure to communicable diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, might occur because of your participation in these events. You give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and that you are, as a result, able to participate in DX22 events, and you do hereby assume responsibility for your own wellbeing and safety.

If we determine that, as a direct result of COVID-19, it has become commercially impractical or unfeasible to hold DX23, we will notify you in writing as soon as reasonably practicable, and your pass will be transferred to the next edition of the event. We reserve the right to do this at any time and we shall not be liable to you for any other cost or other expenses incurred by you as a consequence (including, travel and accommodation expenses).

COVID-19 Safety

Based on state and federal guidance, including CDC guidelines, attendance at DX23 will require Proof of COVID-19 vaccine and/or a negative PCR test within 72 hours of the event. We reserve the right to require additional precautions based on local, state and federal rules and guidance, including but not limited to, masks, onsite screenings, contract tracing. Details regarding precautions and vaccine and test submission will be sent prior to the event. Registrants should not attend if they have been exposed to COVID-19 or are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms

We reserve the right to deny admission or ask an attendee to leave DX23 if COVID-19 Safety precautions are not followed and refunds will not be issued.


By registering for and attending DX23, you agree that you accept the terms stated above and, indemnify and hold harmless Deluxe, its affiliates and their respective directors, employees and agents (including, without limitation, any agent acting on its behalf) from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from attendance at DX23.
